This policy covers the website cairos.app. The Cairos application at my.cairos.app is governed by the agreements with your employer and our data processing agreement.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no third-party content. Fonts and graphics are served from our own server.

Server logs

When you visit the website, our web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier) to deliver the page and fend off attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days.

Demo requests

When you request a demo, we store your name, company, email address, optionally your phone number, company size and message to process your request and contact you. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To prevent abuse we store only an irreversible check value instead of your IP address. The data is deleted once the request is closed and no business relationship follows, at the latest after 12 months.

Hosting

The website and application run on servers of netcup GmbH in Germany under a data processing agreement. No data is transferred to third countries.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact office@codefive.gmbh. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
